Offices and Administration

At the bcc, the Front Office, Back Office and Logistic Office ensure that internal processes run smoothly. The teams work closely together, can cover for each other and rely on structured workflows.

  • As the central contact point during events, the Front Office assists clients, attendees and exhibitors. They ensure optimal communication between all those involved in the event and controls technical systems for the building.
  • The Logistic Office team coordinates deliveries and shippings and takes care of the check-in and check-out of external staff and service providers.
  • From secretarial tasks to office management and accounting – the Back Office handles a wide range of administrative tasks.

In addition to these offices, there are other administrative functions:

  • The HR team manages the entire personnel cycle from recruitment to  departures. This also includes onboarding, organising training and professional development as well as preparing payroll accounting.
  • The system administration is responsible for in-house IT, provides support for employees and works with external IT partners. Their work includes the support of hardware and software as well as the realisation of digitalisation projects.
