Catering

The catering services of the bcc is split into three teams: kitchen, logistics and service. Together they ensure a seamless course of events. Organised processes and a well-designed logistics concept, consisting of the in-house modular dishware series "cp08", enable many participants to be served in a short amount of time.

The well-coordinated team of chefs produces down-to-earth, high-quality food in the bcc's own modern kitchen, the logistics experts and dishwashers ensure that thousands of pieces of dishware, cutlery and equipment are ready for use again after an event, and the service staff coordinate the serving of food and drinks in the event areas and ensure attentive service to the guests.
